Overview:We are seeking a seasoned MDM (Master Data Management) Business Analyst with at least 10 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in master data management methodologies and have a proven track record of working with industry-standard tools such as Reltio, Atacama, EnterWorks, etc. This role requires the ability to effectively gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions using MDM tools. Experience with Agile methodologies and proficiency with project management tools like Jira are highly preferred.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document MDM requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Serve as a subject matter expert in MDM, providing guidance and insights to project teams and stakeholders on best practices and industry standards.
Utilize industry-standard MDM tools such as Reltio, Atacama, EnterWorks, etc., to design, implement, and maintain master data solutions.
Drive the technical implementation of MDM solutions, including data modeling, data cleansing, data integration, and data governance processes.
Develop and maintain documentation related to MDM processes, workflows, and data dictionaries.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data architects, developers, and business analysts, to ensure successful delivery of MDM projects.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to promote understanding and adoption of MDM practices and tools.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, leveraging tools like Jira to track progress and manage tasks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize MDM initiatives, ensuring that they align with strategic business objectives.
Provide support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance on MDM-related processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in MDM, with a focus on designing and implementing master data solutions.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard MDM tools such as Reltio, Atacama, EnterWorks, etc.
Strong understanding of data management principles, including data modeling, data quality, and data governance.
Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe, and proficiency with Agile project management tools like Jira.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Relevant certifications in MDM, Agile, or related fields are a plus.
